Hire engineers

Hire engineers who have been assessed, not just matched

Eight roles, screened live by the engineers who run our delivery teams, then embedded in your team across the US and Canada — on your board, in your repository, in your review process.

How we screen

Agencies forward keyword matches. We forward assessments.

The expensive part of hiring is not the fee. It is the four weeks your own engineers spend interviewing people who cannot do the work.

Assessed by working engineers

Every candidate sits a live technical session with someone who does the job. Not a recruiter reading a checklist, and not an automated test they could have seen before.

Judgement, not syntax recall

We test the decisions the role actually turns on — what belongs where, what they would measure first, and what they would decline to build. Those are the answers that predict the next six months.

You interview last, not first

You see a shortlist that has already failed people, with notes on what each one was strong and weak at. Your engineers spend an hour, not a fortnight.

Frequently asked questions

Role not listed? Describe it and we’ll say honestly whether we can screen for it.

This page is organised by role — the skill you need in the team. The talent management page is organised by engagement: contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire, or a managed pod. Most people arrive knowing one or the other, so both routes exist and they lead to the same team.
It depends on the role and how specific the stack is, and we would rather give you a real date on the call than a number here that flatters us. What we will commit to is that you see a shortlist that has already been assessed, not a stack of CVs forwarded on keyword match.
That is the normal arrangement. They join your board, your repository, your standups, and your review process. Onboarding to your SDLC and change control is part of the placement rather than something you absorb afterward.
Tell us early. A placement that is not working is worse for us than for you, and we would rather replace someone in week two than defend the match. Terms are agreed in writing before anyone starts.
Yes. Background screening, IP assignment, and any confidentiality terms your legal team requires are handled before an engineer starts, and for regulated work we scope production data access explicitly rather than granting it by default.
Often. The eight roles above are the ones we staff frequently enough to assess well. If you need something adjacent, describe it — we will tell you honestly whether we can screen for it properly or whether you would be better served elsewhere.
